Welcome to the Official Kent Gymnastics & Trampoline Website.
This site contains information about gymnastics and trampolining in Kent.
The Kent Gymnastic Association (KGA) was founded in 1978 and is affiliated to the British Gymnastics Association (BGA) and to the South East Regional Gymnastics Association (SEGA).
We are supported by the Kent Sports Development Unit.
The Aim of the KGA is to encourage & promote gymnastics & trampolining at all levels and all disciplines in Kent.
The Kent Association committees work with the Kent Development Officer to:
Organise Competitions at all levels through-out the year
Organise County Squads
Hold coaching and Judging courses
Hold specific workshops on issues like 'Child Protection' and 'First Aid'
Assist new clubs with organization and information
Assist established clubs with information on Grants and Funding
Assist clubs, schools and Leisure Centres to 'Link-up'
Produce and implement a 5 Year development Plan to give the Sport direction.
The KGA is administered by a County board with Technical Committees for each discipline.
